Our Commitment
Reserves Now is committed to ensuring that its web-based portal and public-facing websites are accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
This statement applies to the Reserves Now client portal at portal.reservesnow.ai and the public website at reservesnow.ai.
Measures We Have Taken
Reserves Now takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- All form fields are associated with descriptive labels using the
for/idattribute relationship - All interactive elements are keyboard navigable and include visible focus indicators
- ARIA roles, labels, and live regions are used throughout the portal to support screen readers
- Color contrast ratios meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA minimums for text and interface components
- Error messages are programmatically associated with their corresponding form fields
- The two-factor authentication code entry is fully keyboard accessible with ARIA group labeling
- All buttons and links include descriptive accessible names or aria-label attributes
- Report output sections use semantic HTML headings and table markup with appropriate scope attributes
- PDF downloads are generated from structured HTML with logical reading order
- The portal is responsive and functional on mobile devices and across modern browsers
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility compliance, some areas are actively being improved:
- PDF reports generated by the system may have limited screen reader compatibility in some PDF viewer applications. We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader for best results.
- Some dynamically generated report content may not be fully optimized for all assistive technologies. We are working to improve this in future updates.
Standards and Guidelines
Reserves Now references the following standards in our accessibility efforts:
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III guidance for web-based services
Third-Party Components
The Reserves Now portal uses the following third-party components which have their own accessibility commitments:
- Stripe Elements: Payment card entry is provided by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's Elements are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Stripe's accessibility statement is available at stripe.com.
